Manage all components involved in the recruiting process from the initial selection to the completion of the search collaborating primarily with the Global & Field Sales department Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills.
Take initiative to consult with hiring manager to understand the required skills, competencies, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company's initiatives and strategy Use traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques to attract and evaluate talented candidates Update, advise and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Build applicant talent pool by researching and contacting community services, Universities and Colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments, verifying references; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements.
Arrange Hiring Managers interviews by coordinating schedules Coordinate pre-employment testing for all candidates considered upon job offer Create a positive candidate experience from beginning to end.
