Contract Recruiter (Skilled Trades)

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a contract recruiter working for our client in Aurora. This position would be recruiting for their warehouse, assembly, shipping and other production positions.
A summary of the responsibilities include:

• Source/Recruit for a multitude of positions using various networking platforms;
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites;
• Conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews with the line manager;
• Manage the selection process, seeking required approval, helping hiring manager with a competitive offer package to close the candidate.
• Maintain strong partnerships and influence with business leaders, Talent Management and Human Resources.

Qualification:

• Associates Degree, preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Assembly, warehouse or shipping experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Must have a vehicle as this position would be working out of two locations
• Background check and drug test required before starting
