Contract Recruiter

RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for a Contract Recruiter for our client in the Atlanta area. This would be an open ended contract with no set end date. You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process of primarily manufacturing type roles. You must be comfortable reaching out to candidates, asking follow up questions, and handling manager push back.

Responsibilities:

• Post jobs
• Source candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Manufacturing or supply chain background is ideal
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
