HR Manager
Menlo Park, CA

Duties:

  • Actively partners with HR team on a daily basis to identify HR needs and source solutions.
  • Facilitates employee relations issues and proactively works with leaders for resolutions that meet legal, compliance, culture and business needs
  • Manages performance management issues and coach's leaders. Works closely with other organizations (i.e. Legal, Finance, etc.) on solutions that mitigate risk to the organization
  • Interprets policies and procedures while consistently ensuring compliance
  • Assists with the coordination of HR related communication to employees
  • Assists in the interview and selection process of employees
  • Assists with training leadership on HR related topics
  • Facilitates exit interviews and tracks results communicating trends to HR leadership
  • Collaborates proactively with HR Team, HR Operations, and Talent Management, on best practices to maximize organizational performance

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant HR experience. Life Science or Medical Device industry experience a plus.
  • 3 Years of previous direct HR Business Partner experience.
