Position: Human Resources Coordinator -Temporary
****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTHS + TEMPORARY REMOTE ONLY POSITION
Purpose: As member of the human resources team, coordinate and assist in the execution and implementation of human resource processes and systems.

Organization Development & Planning: Understands core business objectives, who the customers are, and how the HR goals link to business priorities.
Organization Health: Supports pieces of implementation to address workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues; supports administration of associate engagement surveys. Supports investigations for employee relations issues, addresses low risk ER issues. May contribute to planning of engagement activities. Compliance tracking.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Understands department recruiting strategies and goals. Provides data to support sourcing strategies (i.e. insufficiencies or gaps in talent capability). May participate in peer level interviews. Coordinates department specific on-boarding paperwork and conducts new employee orientation.
Talent Management & Development: Provides guidance and support to managers on performance related matters. May support internal communications related to training and development. May provide routine trainings on various topics. Shares information and acts as a central resource for talent processes.
