Seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for onboarding new employees
- Coordinates the recruitment process
- Employment Customer Service
- Responsible for applicant tracking to include communication through onboarding process
- Assist with the New Hire Process which includes; issuing Employee Identification badges, requesting background checks, etc.
- Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Perform all duties as directed

Job Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required
- Confidentiality is required
- Ability to multi-task and organizational skills are essential
- Previous HRIS experience is a plus not required
