The RQM+ Recruiter is responsible for identifying top quality and regulatory talent across medical device, IVD, Pharma and Life Sciences industries. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates to support the demands of the RQM+ hiring plan. In addition to full lifecycle recruitment, the Recruiter will serve in the capacity of a resource manager working collaboratively across the organization to identify qualified and available resources for RQM+ projects.

Primary Responsibilities
    • Recruiting Accountabilities:
    • Recruitment of top regulatory and quality candidates and other highly technical/niche roles to meet the demand of the resource and recruitment plan.
    • Supports the Talent Acquisition Strategy by ensuring a robust pool of qualified candidates who align with the RQM+ Core Values and in compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements.
    • Full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring applicants for technical positions (engineers, program managers and other technical consultancy roles).
    • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to present qualified candidates per recruiting and resourcing requirements.
    • Participates in industry networking events, career fairs, campus events, conferences, etc.; organizes and attends these activities to identify top talent.
    • Responsible for creating deep talent pipelines to support the hiring plan and business expansion efforts.
    • Resource Management Accountabilities:
    • Accepts and collates resource requests for new and proposed work.
    • Matches resource skillset, role, availability, and experience with requirements and proposes scenarios for deployment/redeployment for new and existing projects.
    • Supports the development of the resource plans and skillset allocations based on resource gaps and trends.
    • Seeks to maximize resource utilization, and proactively communicates deficits or overages of resources to the Strategic Resourcing Team.
    • Manages internal resources by keeping in contact with them regarding their project extensions, other project opportunities and general check-ins.
    • Works with Global Resource Manager to implement strategic resource placements to support business objectives.
    • Ensures the resource management data is up to date including Employee profile attributes, relevant skills, certification, and resumes.
    • Partners with Managers and Project Owners within the consulting services side of the business to ensure client success and employee satisfaction.

Education/Work Experience
    • Bachelors' degree required in related field.
    • 3-5 years of recruitment experience within a corporate setting and/or a staffing agency required, with experience in recruiting engineers, technical or highly niche roles preferred
    • Experience recruiting within the medical device, IVD and/or the Life Sciences industry.
    • Full lifecycle recruitment experience with the ability to negotiate offers, maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and select candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
    • Experience working within applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools and resources.
    • Resource management experience preferred - knowledge of capacity planning, resource management tools, and understanding of resource management fundamentals.

    • Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
    • Advanced computer skills - including business applications, data analysis, reporting, writing, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience exercising discretion and maintaining confidential information, required
    • A track record of recruiting and selecting high performing talent.
    • Experience recruiting consulting talent.
    • Good interpersonal skills as well as experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to establish and build strong relationships
    • Must have the ability to show assertiveness, leadership, problem solving skills and team building.
    • Results oriented individual; self-motivated and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team goals.
    • A strong sense of urgency required.
    • Creativity, forward thinking and innovation skills are a must.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers and management required. The ability to interact with all levels in the organization is also required.

    • Prior experience exercising discretion and maintaining confidential information, required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
    • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
