The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System. Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions. Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry. Bachelor's degree is required with 2 years? professional recruiting experience or 1 year of experience as a BayCare Recruiting Specialist. 8 years' of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED is also acceptable.
While this position is remote, candidates must live in the state of Florida to be considered.
