The Contract Hourly Manufacturing Recruiter will partner with the local HR team to support talent acquisition needs within Supply Chain Operations in the greater Cleveland Ohio area. The successful individual will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility, and a history of achieving results. This position will have an assigned client group and provide sourcing support to other Supply Chain recruitment efforts as needed. This will be a minimum 3-month engagement with the possibility for extension based on market conditions.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Partners and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, develop a sourcing strategy and provide a central source of support and knowledge to the business on talent acquisition related activities.
Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate requirements, agree on the sourcing strategy, train/discuss the recruiting processes, align on communication method & frequency, etc.
Conduct phone screens with candidates and provide an overview of the Sealed Air business, employee benefits, opportunities for development and create a compelling vision to potential candidates about Sealed Air. Provide candidate recommendations and details to Hiring Managers.
Coordinate and facilitate hiring team interviews, feedback and post-interview Hiring Manager debriefs and provide candidate feedback in a timely manner.
Partner with HR Partner, Compensation and Hiring Manager to create and communicate competitive offer to candidate.
Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews, and candidates through Success Factors (ATS) to ensure an 'audit-ready' posture at all times.
Support and collaboratively drive the identification and creation of innovative new strategies to attract and assess talent and leverage the use of all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources and all potential candidate touch points such as social media, online job boards, and other sites.
Take ownership of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of recruiting experience supporting manufacturing
Strong applicant tracking software experience/ Previous experience in high volume recruiting.
Ability to develop and execute a recruiting strategy using innovative sourcing methods based on the job requirements
Highly collaborative, responsive, and excellent communication skills
Ability to successfully recruit in an environment focused on driving accountability using data analytics
