Position Overview As an Analyst, HR Data you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across the Human Resources system (Workday) by implementing data standards, regularly auditing and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining a common set of HR data definitions. Collaborate with other HR Analysts to provide consistent reporting (routine and ad hoc) to the business. Act as a team player who is extremely detail oriented, has a passion for problem solving and analytics, and can drive process improvement.

Maintain data standards and common HR data definitions to ensure consistent reporting to the business areas.
Create and automate audits in Workday, Monitor existing audits and design a cadence to ensure data integrity.
Proactively identify data dependencies in Workday, partnering with the business to identify and fix root cause. Fix may be completed at the employee level or by an EIB upload for large populations.
Deliver routine reporting and respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis, charts, and/or dashboards. Reports will vary from compensation, benefits, demographics, auditing, etc.
Partner with HR Technology on configuration testing to establish accurate changes to employee population in production.
Provide excellent customer service to the business by proactively identifying reporting needs and data process improvements.
Handle an array of highly confidential information with integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of HR workflows, business objectives, regulatory requirements, etc. to identify needs for new audits and/or requirements.

Specialized Knowledge : 1-2 years of experience in Workday preferred; Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Special Skills : Proven ability to juggle, multi-task, and manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines;
Detail oriented with a passion for automation and process improvement;
Ability to maintain confidentiality;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
