SemanticBits is seeking a highly energetic Technical Recruiter to join the HR team who can manage our fast-paced hiring process. We need a hands-on, all-in person who is passionate about getting the right people in the right position at SemanticBits. You will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain the best candidates in fields like software engineering, product development, project management, and data analytics. Your day to day will be facilitating our hiring process which includes, but is not limited to maintaining our applicant tracking system, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting screening calls, and communicating with our hiring teams and applicants throughout the hiring process.

Develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates on both popular and specialized platforms
Coordinate with hiring teams to prioritize requisitions and critical skill sets
Work with hiring teams to develop and maintain interview kits
Onboard and train new hiring team members
Maintain and update job descriptions and active job postings
Review and screen candidates to assess fit to position and company
Report recruiting activity to the HR team and company leadership
Maintain Applicant Tracking System
Build and manage relationships with outside recruiting firms
Create and maintain pipelines of potential candidates
Recommend and implement improvements to the hiring process
Act as an ambassador of SemanticBits and represent the company with a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
Support HR team with other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a technical recruiter
Experience sourcing and recruiting for positions in software development
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting managing a high volume of open requisitions
Effective written and verbal communication
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of OFCCP requirements
