Job Description

The Technical Recruiter will interface directly with hiring teams to fill open roles and build out recruitment practice areas based on expertise.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of online researchers, technical sourcers, recruiters, and screeners to fill strategic technical leadership and engineering roles with emerging tech startups and beyond.
  • Fill six (6) jobs per quarter.
  • Generate new business through candidate marketing efforts.


Qualifications

Successful Technical Recruiter applicants will be located in the USA, have deep knowledge and passion for technology, and the ability to work 100% remotely with access to high-speed Internet at all times.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work in the USA without any work restrictions ��������
  • Must understand the Java, Python, .NET, and Data engineering ecosystem
  • Must have experience working remotely
  • Must be comfortable working outside the 9-5 M-F schedule
  • Must be able to work in a 100% performance-driven environment
