Sales Recruiter, Marketing Solutions

This position can be performed in Detroit, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or remotely, dependent upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

What you will bring to the team.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to find and deliver great talent while inspiring others around them. In this role, you will primarily focus on recruiting sales talent for our Marketing Solutions organization. You will excel in this role because you are a great communicator and understand the importance of building deep relationships wherever you go. You are excited to use your skills and experience to make an impact inside one of the most influential recruiting organizations in the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from recruiter phone screen to offer extension, for our Marketing Solutions business in our Global Sales Organization
  • Provide hiring managers the critical information they need to hire the best talent for our team, developing strong opinions backed by data and insights
  • Build a deep and diverse pipeline of Detroit sales talent (our primary OS2 office location) through event and partnership strategies
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain ATS data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (sales leaders, HR, compensation, immigration, FP&A)
  • Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
  • Deliver against aspirational hiring goals to provide consistent results and data-backed progress to continue moving the needle in our hyper-growth environment
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by adopting our "Members First" company value and maintaining a high net-promoter-score
  • Possess and embody our company culture and values, and establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance


Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer or client-facing role
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition


Preferred Qualifications:
  • A demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of your customers
  • Experience developing and negotiating a deep understanding of stakeholder motives and objections
  • Experience building and scaling a talent strategy that is customized to the needs of a local talent market
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Acts like an owner and makes all decisions with integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
