We’re looking for a Remote Sourcer to join our team on a Contract basis. This Sourcer will find hard to find talent utilizing unique boolean search strings and outside-the-box sourcing strategies. You’ll be helping to build our team of future Knockstars through finding, assessing, and interviewing qualified, national talent. As the first point of contact with candidates, we look to you to represent our brand, mission, and POPSICLE. 
The ideal person for our Contract Sourcer role will be positive, focus deeply on candidate experience, and effectively fill open jobs with the right talent via sourcing. 

What You Will Do:

    • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find and engage passive talent
    • Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, open source communities, LinkedIn, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify talent
    • Evangelize the Knock mission, brand, and POPSICLE resulting in a warm, engaging, and relationship-driven conversation  
    • Review inbound resumes per assigned job req & follow up with all candidates 
    • Be prepared to regularly update the Talent Team & Hiring Managers on talent metrics, trends, candidate pipeline and status
    • Drive sourcing & recruiting strategies to scale hiring 
    • Provide stellar candidate experience, brainstorm new ways to engage candidates as they go through our interview process
    • Use new technology to effectively find the right person for the right job 
    • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of various roles and how they fit into the organization
    • Schedule candidate interviews with multiple stakeholders in the business, adapting to changing schedules, all while smiling and enjoying what you do

Skills & Experience You Have:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Sourcer on a Talent Team creating unique Boolean searches & sourcing hard to find talent  
    • Candidates love talking and interacting with you, they trust you and believe you have their best interest at heart
    • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems throughout the recruiting process - from building pipeline to closing 
    • You are crazy organized, a master multi-tasker & communicator, and are always able to switch priorities while not missing a beat
    • You have a passion for working in and thrive in a constantly changing environment
    • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent at all levels
    • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Knock
    • Adaptable to new situations, love dynamic change and think on your feet
    • You are a team player and have a natural ability to collaborate well with others within your team and across the organization at large
    • You possess outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
