A hedge fund is looking for a smart and strategic recruiting researcher to source talent globally, location flexible (remote or in the office).
Responsibilities:
Create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished and diverse candidates for positions throughout the firm.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring manager to assess talent markets.
Create research plans to source a wide range of candidates
Engage with candidates to understand their background
Utilize data to improve sourcing
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree required
At least three years of experience sourcing exceptional passive candidates in a search firm and/or in-house environment is preferred, as is experience engaging diverse talent.
Individuals with the ability to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem solving will excel in this role.
Critical thinkers with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are highly sought after.
