Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement - Remote Position
About the team The Recruiting Programs team is the source of truth in enabling our Recruiting team to find the best talent while providing the best possible candidate experience! Our team's objective is to enable, empower and mobilize a distributed recruiting team. We do this through training, content management, and enhancing processes or removing barriers. About the role
As we continue moving into working as a distributed company, it's critical we have a Program Manager to oversee change management and communications to the Recruiting Org. This role is responsible for working with partners to create scalable recruiting facing communications strategies to ensure adoption and implementation. The scope of this role is inclusive of recurring informative communications, developing communication plans for change initiatives, monitoring the Recruiting alias and re-routing inquiries as necessary.
Collaborate with patterns to define our communications and change management strategy
Establish new and innovative communication channels
Work closely with partners to identify and develop change management plans
Oversee, monitor, and report on Recruiting communication channels
Maintain Recruiting-facing process documentation to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date source of truth
Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and accuracy of the communications program
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
You have results based experience in delivering effective and engaging internal team communications with proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with experience developing and utilizing various communications channels (Podcast, Newsletters, Dashboards, video, etc.)
Proven track record of experience in communications and program management
Expertise with G-Suite products (specifically Sites), task management, reporting, and email marketing tools
High attention to detail and extremely organized
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and partners of various levels
