We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to join our client advisory and intelligence solutions division, Lean Human Capital (LHC), in the role of Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. LHC provides the most comprehensive intelligence, research and benchmarks, and education solutions to the healthcare talent acquisition industry. This role delivers advisement and support to leaders and their teams, with the focus to optimize the recruitment organization model, hiring processes, and candidate sourcing & attraction strategies. You will be responsible for leading clients through their transformation journey and helping to establish a culture passionate about continuous improvement and lifelong learning.

Easy Travel Schedule: Some travel but not a ton. On average, two to three trips every month, 1-2 days per trip. No Sunday through Friday travel grind! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, travel is very limited at this time.

As a Senior Consultant You Will:

  • Deliver advisory services to clients during initial phase, and ongoing coaching support, including:
  • Organizational analysis and recommendations
    • Recruitment department structure
    • Resource allocation
    • Staffing process workflow and technology systems
    • Candidate Sourcing/Recruitment Marketing
  • Baseline and trends analyses of a suite of recruitment performance data
  • Customer survey data bi-annually
  • Recruitment performance metrics quarterly
  • Comparison of performance to LHC annual Benchmark study results
  • Design and measure success of Rapid Improvement Events
  • Assist clients with staffing optimization efforts and implementation of recommended process improvements.
  • Quarterly facilitation of continuous improvement sessions with clients
  • Facilitate action planning sessions, Recruitment team performance review meetings - typically annual basis, onsite
  • Full project management of client's engagement and progress to ensure improvement strategies are effective and on track
  • Conduct regular progress check-ins.
  • Develop and deliver educational and/or marketing related LHC content via onsite and webcast presentations.
  • Occasionally facilitate Recruiter Academy (RACR) training sessions as needed for public classes and private client classes.
  • Participate on sales calls/meetings as needed (average 1-2 calls per month)

Reporting directly to the LHC Managing Director, this position works remotely from a home office.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of recruitment in healthcare and/or corporate recruitment environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience that includes managing a talent acquisition team
  • Demonstrated experience with transitioning recruitment operations to a centralized shared service/Center of Excellence model
  • Demonstrated experience working with Lean principles and applying Lean methodology to improve work processes and performance outcomes
  • Project management experience including leading change management initiatives
  • Experience developing recruitment strategy and tactics to improve performance
  • Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft excel, word and power point
  • Advanced skills utilizing databases to analyze raw data and provide analysis
  • High attention to detail; Ability to effectively manage time for maximum productivity
  • Experience delivering presentations to various audiences including C-Suite
  • Experience conducting in-person or web-based training


Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Healthcare industry experience
• Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certified
• Keynote speaking experience
