Overview

What you'll do
    • Define, design, and build processes for attracting, engaging, and assessing talent
    • Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews
    • Maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and researchIdentify trends and opportunities in the market relevant to candidate pools
    • Utilize and manage ATS and other automation tools to track, record and report recruiting/interview/on-boarding
    • Actively partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle helping to assess needs, identify candidate profiles, build job descriptions, give feedback, and design offer packages


About you
    • 3+ years of experience full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting experience a plus
    • Skilled in screening, interviewing techniques, and negotiation
    • Experience managing candidate pipelines
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
