What you'll do
Define, design, and build processes for attracting, engaging, and assessing talent
Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews
Maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and researchIdentify trends and opportunities in the market relevant to candidate pools
Utilize and manage ATS and other automation tools to track, record and report recruiting/interview/on-boarding
Actively partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle helping to assess needs, identify candidate profiles, build job descriptions, give feedback, and design offer packages
3+ years of experience full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting experience a plus
Skilled in screening, interviewing techniques, and negotiation
Experience managing candidate pipelines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
