The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Senior Recruiter (open to remote work - state dependent).
The position is responsible for managing the full recruiting process from discovery with the hiring manager, through sourcing/screening, interview, offer process and up to onboarding.
Recruiting Leadership: Partners with hiring managers and business leaders to identify qualified candidates, seeks feedback and makes hiring recommendations. Educates and communicates appropriate expectations to and influence hiring managers and Human Resources business partners regarding the talent acquisition process.
Talent Networks: Develops sourcing strategies to fill open positions as well as create a talent pipeline for future business needs. Builds and maintains professional networks and social networking.
Candidate Experience: Partners with the Talent Acquisition recruitment coordinator to ensure all candidates are getting the best candidate experience. Single point of contact for candidates through the recruitment process.
Data Analytics: Understand the key metrics that impact talent acquisition and the business. Use data to explain roadblocks in the recruiting process and recommend solutions. Provide regular updates to your business units.
Projects: Participate in various projects within talent acquisition focused on strategy and process.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Degree in Human Resources or related area Preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting of professional positions in a corporate environment, including experience developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
Experience identifying and maintaining relationships with passive candidates.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
