**This is a temporary contract position**
The Recruiter is a trusted staffing advisor responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing top talent for the Windstream Kinetic Field Operations business unit.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and to assist and provide guidance in requisition completion.
Manage job postings, applicant review and screenings, schedule interviews, and/or assist with the interviewing process.
Coordinate and assist in the offer process.
Complete the offer process until the new hires start date.
Develop recruiting sources to maintain an uninterrupted flow of candidates.
Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Track candidates through our ATS (Taleo), and effectively maintain a workbench in the ATS system.

High volume full life cycle recruitingexperience is necessary to be successful in this position. Must be able to successfully work with a diverse array of management and communication styles to provide world class customer service.Successful candidate will have interviewing and sourcing experience and demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management skills. Previous experience with Taleo system is a plus. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a requirement.
Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: College degree and 0-2 years professional level experience; or 4 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
