We are seeking a Sourcer join our People Attraction/Talent Acquisition team - either at our corporate headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida (Miami), or remote from the comfort of your own home office. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing and building a talent funnel with strong candidate engagement for currently and soon to be open positions at our company. We hired over 13,000 people last year, so a healthy, robust, vibrant talent pipeline is a critical component of our strategy and success. That's where you come in and shine!

In your day to day role, you will constantly reach out to candidates, social organizations, community groups, and state employment services. You will be a master at getting referrals, leads, and be able to turn one small contact or connection into many. Our needs vary from several per each area per week to hundreds from one community. You will:

  • Recruit and screen candidates for current and future positions.
  • Develop, test, and track recruitment strategies to create an effective top of funnel sourcing plan for top talent.
  • Engage and activate passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs.
  • Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a potential candidates' network and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Assess market conditions in near real-time
  • Follow sourcing playbook
  • Centralize all relationships in the T-ROC playbook to build economies of scale as it relates to military, community, university, and State (unemployment)
  • Develop community-based recruitment plans (feet on the street)
  • Work with the field to train and mobile field support for job fairs, community outreach, and referral program
  • Systematize and implement a global strategy for social media recruitment and community-based recruitment
  • Develop market analytics and sourcing strategy based on assigned client and/or territory
  • Attract, engage, prescreen, and drive candidate applications to increase recruiter productivity and lower time to fill
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities, clients, locations, and varying market conditions, consistently following sourcing playbook
  • Develop and identify new sourcing tools and tactics, to build on the sourcing playbook, and expand T-ROC's souring capabilities, share within
  • Comfortable with daily and weekly reporting on activities and results
  • Communicate frequently with departmental stakeholders to understand our current and future talent needs.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant tracking in ATS as required

One of the great things about this position - for the right candidate - is that you get to spend just about all of your time sourcing and activating candidates, and can leave the hiring manager maintenance to others who will take the great work you do and push it over the finish line - allowing you to have fun doing the great sourcing work you do, without having to deal with the rest!

Note: The ability to work weekends/flex schedule will be required at times of high need (varies throughout the year). Alternate/non-traditional scheduling may be considered you desire (discuss pre-hire).
