The Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process. This position involves building relationships with all levels of management within the organization and recruiting. Essential Functions: * Full life-cycle recruitment for internal corporate positions * Meet with the hiring manager to fully understand the role, qualify the requisition, and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirements * Advise and consult with hiring managers on the internal recruiting process, feasibility of hire, as well as opportunities and challenges. * Work with managers and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies * Ensure hiring, promotions and job changes are in line with Company policy/philosophy and commitment to diversity and equality. * Source passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources * Proactively network in chosen markets to build strong relationships across industries * Partner with hiring managers to obtain approvals from Leadership, extend offers for employment, and negotiate salary requirements * Create offer letters, check references, process I-9's, complete background checks and onboarding paperwork * Make sure all applicants data are entered into the ATS. * Conduct referral tracking for potential and current employees in accordance with the guidelines of the Refer-A-Friend program * Assist in a variety of department and companywide projects, including employee surveys, department audits, diversity projects, job enrichment/education and department research/metrics * Maintain confidentiality on salary ranges * Develop and maintain recruiting metrics * Ensure recruitment practices follow HR regulatory compliance
