Overview

AM Trace has an immediate opening for a Contract Recruiter to support state and local efforts to fight the COVID-19 Contact Tracing program, nationwide. High call-volume position. No travel required. This position will begin immediately.

Background: The scale and complexity of the COVID-19 outbreak has underscored the need for prompt and effective implementation of evidence-based containment measures. Contact tracing is one of the interventions that has been used to effectively control recent pandemics (Ebola, SARS), and has shown to be effective against COVID-19 mitigation in South Korea, New Zealand and elsewhere.

Professionals across the country have become passionate about helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Compassion and empathy are key traits needed in candidates who are applying for AM Trace opportunities. Nurses, social workers, and those with a public health background are highly encouraged to apply to join our fast paced, dynamic, and remote workforce.

The successful Contract Recruiter will have experience with high-call volume recruiting and must be a self-starter. 1099 only.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit by using databases, social media, and our proprietary recruitment system
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes against job requirements


Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a remote recruiter
  • Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with minimal direction
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a remote recruiter
  • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
