We are looking for a senior recruiter to handle end-to-end recruiting. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Growth opportunity includes building the talent team and owning all recruiting for a business unit or vertical.

Job duties
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for TA analytics team in the US
  • Sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers
  • Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
  • Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
  • Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
  • Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
  • Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent reqs


Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience as a recruiter
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer recruiting experience in a services company with global operations (US, India)
  • Prefer experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
  • Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus
  • Must have work authorization in the US
