Are you on the cutting edge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)? We are looking for a forward thinker with a deep understanding of modern Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Parsons is looking for knowledgeable resources to manage our new Workday Human Resources technology platform. This resource will be the key focal point in shaping the direction of our technology strategy using the new Workday HCM technology platform.

Using Workday, the Workday HCM Recruitment Consultant will ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the ATS product suite. The successful candidate will liaise with other members of the HRIS team, vendor partners and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIS governance framework.

In this key position, you will troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues, partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements, and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • 8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR, with 6 years of experience with Workday HCM system supporting Recruiting.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security.
  • Experience with Workday Staffing BP.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Recruitment, Benefits and Onboarding processes and their inter-dependencies.
  • Experience with core HCM, Alerts, Calculated Fields, Report Scheduling, and Security preferred.
  • Solid experience building custom reports in Workday.
  • Hands on experience with EIB loads.
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

  • Workday Certified
