This is a remote position located in Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Understand the diverse recruiting needs for Spring Arbor senior living communities.
Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive the recruitment process from open requisition to offer stage for positions across multiple geographic regions. Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on trends, best practices and opportunities for sourcing & hiring.
Create and implement sourcing strategies to identify, source and screen candidates for roles to include exempt and non-exempt positions. Ability to develop and manage recruiting events.
Assist in the development of new recruiting strategies to convey brand and value proposition to attract top- quality candidates.
Develop and manage vendor relationships for sourcing and technology driven solutions that assist team in achieving desired results.
Utilize metric driven solutions to build credibility in the recruiting process.
Perform other functions as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting in a full life cycle environment, experience hiring hourly staff preferred.
Must have excellent analytical skills, be detail oriented, desire to understand the business, and ability to work on numerous projects concurrently and prioritize workload independently.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media and recruiting process workflows.
Experience developing and managing to budget is a plus.
Experience managing vendors and developing community partnerships.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and knowledge of work processes, spreadsheets, and strong presentation skills required.
Up to 25% travel and occasional overnight travel is required.
