As part of our PRN recruiter staffing pool, you will act as a strategic talent partner with leaders and provide consultation for all talent needs. You would establish, nurture, and maintain effective working relationships with HR business partners, employees, compliance, legal, and others.

Additionally, as a Recruiter, you would be responsible for:

  • Partnering with leadership and Human Resources to assess staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and secure top talent and provide guidance throughout the selection process
  • Developing relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and creating a fierce talent pipeline for future career opportunities

  • Creating community partnerships that support long-term talent goals of the organization
  • Contributing to continuous improvement through awareness of competitor's recruitment practices in the areas of job offers, compensation and benefits/perks


Essential Job Duties
  • Partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to assess staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and secure top talent and provide guidance throughout the selection process
  • Provides effective, timely and professional communication to Candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Develops relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and create a "talent pipeline" for future career opportunities
  • Attends and presents at various career events
  • Contributes to continuous improvement through awareness of competitor's recruitment practices in the areas of job offers, compensation and benefits/perks
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations

  • Department:Talent Acquisition - virtual/remote
  • Additional Details: This role is primarily used to cover recruiter extended absences. As such, hired incumbent must be able to work up to full-time hours for extended periods.


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.)
    orThree years of experience in a recruitment or staffing environment.
  • Experience in a role requiring relationship building with various customers
  • Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email
  • Experience requiring communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Under normal (non-COVID circumstances, some travel may be required


Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday ATS experience


Physical Requirements:
  • Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.
  • Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
  • See and read computer monitors and documents.
  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
