Growing company in the Houston area is seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter for a contract role immediately. The corporate recruiter will be responsible for providing a recruiting strategy to ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best associates while proactively defining a strong talent pipeline. Corporate Recruiter must have 5+ years of proven recruiting experience working in the hospitality or restaurant industry (REQUIRED). Heavy experience with Sales, Marketing and Call Center recruitment a big plus. Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing) is a requirement. Ideal Corporate Recruiter will have the ability to help create new process and procedures around the companies recruiting strategy while working with senior leadership.
