Human Resources Coordinator - Remote

Realogy is seeking an HRCoordinator to join the HR Operations team. This role is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the HR Operations department. This position is also responsible for business unit specific projects and administrative tasks.This is a greatposition to learn and develop your Human Resources experience within a global company withlong term career growth opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between teams within the HR Operations department.
  • Review submissions received by department and complete research/review to determine necessary actions.
  • Respond to all garnishment and lien letters.
  • Complete requests related to unemployment claims.
  • Prepare files for subpoena requests from Legal team.
  • Process eVerify on new hires in timely manner; works with HR partners when discrepancies are returned.
  • Compile payments and necessary information to complete Canadian payroll through third party vendor.
  • Complete data entry in ADP system on biweekly basis.
  • Upload completed paperwork into company file maintenance system.
  • Act as main point of contact and administrator of bot functionality for department.
  • Follow up with employees where local tax forms are required to ensure appropriate local tax form is complete and submitted.
  • Strong understanding of state and local laws.
  • Answer general employee questions in a shared HR mailbox.
  • Send UPS documents to employees as required by state law.
  • Review mail received by department and respond or forward as appropriate.
  • Provide ad hoc payroll and project support as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or experience in related area is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years of human resources and payroll experience preferred.
  • Experience within HR environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of general HR administration theory, principles, and practices.
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized and flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced business environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Possess a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be a self-starter seeing projects through to completion.
