JOB DESCRIPTION


SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to work with the Directors of College/Professional Relations and Talent Acquisition to manage and organize the recruitment process all while promoting and maintaining the Rite Aid brand. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination of job offers, and other recruiting activities
- Manage team's calendar, register, and coordinate recruiting events in various geographic locations
- Collate and maintain accurate and up to date reports for all talent activity and metrics
- Oversee and manage responses/allocation of generic email accounts and candidate inquiries
- Serve as ATS system administrator (user access setup/removal, issue ticket submissions, template management, etc)
- Responsibility for managing and ordering recruitment collateral and giveaways
- Provide administrative support to TA Directors and recruitment team as needed
