Cayuse Talent Solutions LLC is currently seeking a Recruitment Business Partner I (RBP) to drive and support the recruitment of talent for a variety of customers across different fields. A successful RBP will manage the full recruiting life cycle to include partnering/consulting with hiring managers, developing fulfillment strategies, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, in person interviews, and post interview/offer discussions. Strong customer relationship management skills and partnerships are key to having success in this role, accompanied by an ability to identify skilled talent that will positively add to culture. This position is remote and will support our current customers and new business that we bring onboard.
Conduct sourcing and outreach methodologies utilizing online professional social sites, resume databases, internet research, internal referral program, and the company's internal applicant tracking system database
Partner with hiring managers to conduct workforce planning, shape and qualify requisitions and build compelling job descriptions.
Look beyond the applications and find the best candidates for our organization, leveraging multiple technologies and creative outlets.
Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight/strict timelines.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Perform outbound sales activities such as introductory calls, email campagins, possible onsite visits and lead generation discussions for new business.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Proactively look for opportunities to engage opportunities for Cayuse Talent Solutions future growth.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:Build relationships internally and externally and effectively communicate with prospects to positively influence deal progression
Extrapolate information from the provided statement of work documents to create job descriptions .
Gather requested information from potential candidates; letters of commitment, non-disclosure agreements, and/or obtain copies of any specialized certifications
Post positions, manage incoming applications and incomplete applications, and keep accurate records of all communication with applicants via the Applicant Tracking System
Be open to having a flexible work schedule based on your clients needs and deadlines.

2-4 years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting
Extensive experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Knowledge of professional social networks sites and resume databases
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong internet research skills
Proven track record of meeting recruitment deadlines
Excellent communication and written skills
Proficient in MS Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
2+ years working as a agency recruiter or staffing company
2+ years with business development/sales experience
Must be able to pass a background check. May require further background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
