Clinical Management Consultants is now hiring for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious Recruiters and Sales minded individuals looking to work from home.

In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Healthcare Recruiter will utilize direct recruiting strategies, develop marketing materials, lead interviews and interact with healthcare clients in multiple states. The Remote Healthcare Recruiter will specialize in filling Healthcare Management, Advanced Practice, Health Plan, and specialized nursing roles throughout their territory. In this full -cycle recruiting role, the Remote Healthcare Recruiter will take ownership of all phases of the recruitment process, including new business development, account management, marketing & advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hands-on client consulting.

Compensation is competitively structured and top performers enjoy six-figure earnings and profit-sharing bonuses. The Remote Healthcare Recruiter will earn a base salary, uncapped commissions, sales incentives, full health insurance, and other benefits.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or sales preferred. Agency/Third party recruiting or Account Manager/Inside Sales experience highly preferred. Must have experience in a professional environment. The Remote Healthcare Recruiter must be self driven to succeed out of the office setting, and must have a secure and quiet environment to conduct business between 9am-5pm local time.
