Product Manager, Agent Recruiting
Our team is now operating in a remote-friendly capacity long-term so this position can be based anywhere in the US.

Our charter spans Product, Agent Recruiting, Learning, Strategic Alliances, and New Ventures across all of Realogy's brokerage operations, both company-owned and franchised, and we're usually out front leading the charge for the company's most important strategic initiatives.

As a Product Manager for Agent Recruiting, you will focus on empowering and increasing agent recruiting through internal tools and integrations with third party tools. You will help shape the strategy to grow the product and its user base. You will work closely with technical functions, UX, brand operators and third-party vendors to ensure that value is being provided to our customer base of real estate brokers and recruiters.

You will work as an individual contributor that has high impact across the organization by driving a cross functional, nimble team forward to realize large-scale projects that are core to Realogy's strategic initiatives.

You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with executives and other key stakeholders to build consensus, define an approach and rationale for prioritization, and communicate status of initiatives, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.

What you'll do:
  • Act as the business product owner for an agent recruiting tool
  • Define the roadmap and lead execution
  • Serve as a thought leader for your product area, balancing between an intuitive customer experience and the benefits of an open ecosystem.
  • Be a champion of voice-of-customer, leveraging research and analytics to make data-informed decisions.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Educational background in Product Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems; or demonstrated track record of successful work experience.
  • More than 4 years of experience in product management roles building and launching successful data driven digital products, preferably at scale nationally or globally with realized benefits.
  • Experience with modern product management frameworks & technology best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
  • Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long-term product goals.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors, technical teams (internal and offshore teams)
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience managing resources across different functions of an organization
  • Reputation for being a collaborative thought partner and business leader, skilled at establishing formal and informal networks within the company
  • Comfort operating in a highly matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups and the ability to influence through others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly of the organization and stakeholders
  • Product management certification preferred
  • Residential real estate brokerage knowledge preferred but not required
