POSITION TITLE: Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

LOCATION: Valdosta, GA, Atlanta (Cobb County), Gainesville, FL, virtual in GA/ North FL considered.

REPORTS TO: AVP of Talent Strategy

SUMMARY: As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will identify leading talent and invest time in activating passive candidates through professional persistence. We are looking for motivated go-getters and team players as we grow our amazing company.

In this role, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop and execute advanced staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level candidates; manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; and adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements. Telecommuting is a possible option if you live in Georgia or North Florida.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with hiring manager to refine candidate profile, persona and assessment criteria.
  • Prepare and maintain job boards and advertisements for appropriate publications and media outlets.
  • Manage and execute the Talent Acquisition workflow that meets or exceeds time and quality of hire according to KPIs
  • Proven ability to identify qualified candidates
  • Research/sourcing skills with ability to search for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates through outreach
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and data analytics on the performance of the function.
  • Develop and manage the internship program including building relationships with local universities, ensuring the interns experience development opportunities that apply to their studies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred: BS/BA and five years' experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resource. Experience in the healthcare industry and/or developing internship programs is a plus.
