Seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with SpecializedIntelligence Community, Federal Law Enforcement and Information Technologyrecruiting experience.

Qualifications include:
  • The candidate should possess a proven track-record staffing positions for the Intelligence Community (IC), Federal Law Enforcement (LE) communities, as well as well-rounded Information Technology (IT) recruiting experience.
  • They should possess solid knowledge of companies/firms supporting the type of work we target and where it is being conducted, so they can quickly identify potential candidates.
    • Law Enforcement (LE) Experience: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)/ Homeland Security Investigations (HIS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Treasury/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), U.S. Secret Service (USSS), U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), U.S. Capitol Police (USCP), Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
    • Intelligence Community (IC) - Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), U.S. Military Branch intelligence organizations, etc.
    • Information Technology (IT) Experience- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)/ Homeland Security Investigations (HIS)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 plus years of technical Staffing/Recruitment experience.
  • At least 8 plus years of Intel/IT Recruiting experience within government contracting space
  • Experience recruiting cleared candidates up to TS/SCI with Polygraphs.
  • Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
  • Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture.
  • Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames.
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting.
  • Strong work ethic is a must.
  • Ability to with minimal supervision and guidance is essential.
  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a background check.
