Our Recruiting team is expanding, and we are currently looking for aNational Sales Recruiter to join our team.
As a National Sales Recruiter, you'll work as a full life cycle recruiter and be held accountable for building a talent pipeline of Branch Managers across our company owned brands (Coldwell Banker and Sotheby's International Realty)
This position is a full -time, 100% remote role.
What you'll do:
Partner with NRT field leadership (company-owned operations for Coldwell Banker & Sotheby's International Realty) to identify top local sales management.
Develop talent acquisition strategy (local and national) to attract top performing sales leaders to drive sales growth in local offices across the country.
Develop and maintain a network and pipeline of qualified candidates for sales focused roles.
Develop an agile interview process with cross functional interview teams focused on hiring growth minded individuals.
Engage in local networking events in key markets as appropriate.
Develop a social sourcing strategy to engage with and attract sales talent.
Create and implement sourcing strategies that enhance Realogy's employer brand while focusing on an effective talent selection process that identifies targeted candidates.
Initiate and lead creative sourcing strategies that appeal to sales professionals.
Build internal and external pipeline for all critical vacancies and anticipated needs across the nation.
Develop and manage relationships with existing and passive candidates.
Create partnerships with industry associations to create new candidate pools.
Screen and interview qualified candidates, presenting top sales talent to Hiring Managers and ultimately advancing them through our process.
Interact extensively with members of our HR team to ensure hiring priorities are fully executed.

Developing and maintaining sales candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals, advertising, attending industry events and your own networks.
Simultaneously sourcing for multiple searches and managing relationships with hiring managers in a matrixed environment.
3-5 years of sourcing, recruiting, networking and interviewing experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment; sales recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting talent in the residential real estate industry.
Demonstrated ability to source and recruit all levels of sales talent; including management level.
Proficient tech skills, social and sourcing skills.
Exceptional time management, organizational, networking and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Passion for multi-tasking and switching gears as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
