If so, we are interested in you! The Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing the non-IT delivery teams, ensuring profitable growth by meeting performance goals and quality and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Results & Strategy:
Execute on delivery strategy for all non-IT enterprise accounts. Manage delivery teams on daily production by defining metrics and KPIs to deliver quality talent and meet or exceed expectations. Prioritize business and share delivery capabilities with sales and delivery leadership to ensure feasibility and profitability of offerings. Assign resources and forecast to ensure programs and reqs have appropriate skill-aligned recruiters and support to meet delivery needs. Provide innovative recruitment solutions and research new trends in the market place to support the needs of our clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Inspire and lead specialized delivery teams to meet defined team and individual goals by providing hands-on coaching. Holds self and team leads accountable to build best-in-class, high-performing talent and elevate the capabilities of delivery teams. Encourage creative ways to proactively pipeline future talent into the organization.Span of control is 6-15 employees.
Client & Candidate:
Consistently assess, innovate and refine delivery processes and efficiencies to better serve our clients and candidates. Keep abreast of emerging sourcing tools and resources. Stay current on trends and challenges within specific skill sets or candidate markets, applying knowledge into delivery strategy. Ensure team is participating in training available for new sourcing tools and resources.
Recruiting leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise. Share recruitment insights and capabilities with business leaders to create a strong partnership and deliver on time.
• Recruiting: 5+ years' with recruiting industry providing solutions and leadership of delivery teams
• Management: Demonstrated managerial experience
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of staffing and experience in IT/Finance/Engineering staffing vertical
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Nice to Have:
• Worked for a global and / or matrixed organization
• Recruiting & delivery experience in the IT vertical
• Experience leading and developing offshore teams is highly desired
