The Senior Recruiter - Travel Nurse builds committed relationships with new and existing nurse candidates by assessing commitment, goals and needs, selling the value of AMN, matching the quality of the candidate to the job order specification, in order to satisfy the facility client expectations in partnership with internal quality, operations and account management teams, at a higher production level than Recruiters, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue and profitability.
Exceed individual daily and weekly critical indicator goals in order to consistently grow new and retain existing TOA consistent with the Senior Recruiter production standards.
Operate autonomously of department leadership/oversight by making independent decisions in order to fulfill highest production standards in support of team and division needs.
Model best practices for new employees in formal and informal learning settings by exhibiting how to apply expertise in real scenarios in order to transfer knowledge and skills.
Observe recruiter trainees one on one by assessing consultative sales approach and knowledge of industry and process in order to coach on how to expedite the placement process.
Contribute real world expertise in team meetings, in partnership with leadership, to apply strategies and ideas across sales situations in order to increase effectiveness and confidence to execute.
Run productivity reports weekly for entire team using Brain in order to highlight performance improvement opportunities for entire team.
Plan prospecting strategy for self and team including power hours, according to market demand, on a daily and weekly basis, to contact high volume of candidates in order to establish relationships and expand the sales network of qualified travel nurses.
Demonstrate heightened market/industry expertise to clinician and physician candidates, interpreting local/national trends and thought leadership in terms of job search strategies in order to build credibility and maintain commitment to long term relationship.
Education, Certifications & Experience
High school diploma
1 to 3 years sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting experience
