JOB SUMMARY The incumbent works with your Functional Talent Acquisition Manager to determine hiring requirements. Partners with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified candidates. Analyzes hiring metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improved quality of hire. Recommends process improvements to reduce time to fill metric. Align recruitment practices to employment branding. Ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and AAP.requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works within Talent Acquisition to develop comprehensive recruitment strategy.
Screens,selects,interviews and evaluates potential candidates.
Identifies alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment methods, professional organizations, medical programs and universities to target skilled individuals requiring highly specific industry certifications.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
Works to create a pipeline of candidates for future to include marketing openings via job fairs, recruitment tools and partnering with external vendors.
Writes and places advertisements and job postings.
Communicates hiring process and trains hiring managers on ATS and EEO/FCC compliance; monitors internal staffing compliance with EEO/FCC requirements.
Ascertains applicants' qualifications by conducting interviews, tests, and reference checks, coordinates interview schedule with hiring manager and conducts intake meetings and feedback sessions
Remains up-to-date on latest recruitment technologies, makes recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives and advises client groups of latest resources.
Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
Perform other duties as requested.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience 5+ years Physician Recruiting/Sourcing experience required
