Conduct interviews virtually via screen share
Select candidates that fit with the expectation and culture of the client with confidence and independently
Complete feedback form to ensure that both the client and ISS has clarity on the interview status
Ability to write clearly and professionally.
Ability to multi-task and conduct multiple interviews at one time
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Communicate with the candidate via phone and email regarding no-shows
Possibly assisting in admin tasks and candidate follow-up.
Are energized by creating a candidate experience that exceeds expectations and drives loyalty.
Ability to work overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Ability to stay on task throughout the day
Must be able to multi-task in multiple client support roles
Other duties as assigned
How We Measure Results We expect that you will:
Positively impact our fill rate
Conduct a minimum of 30 interviews/day
Positively impact our candidate experience
Communicate effectively with the Account Manager and the admin(s)
Have a high school diploma or GED
Have experience in a customer facing environment
Communicate effectively and confidently.
Process information and operate internal systems accurately; can use Outlook and google proficiently
Must be available for flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must operate and problem-solve in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
Regular attendance is required
