Executive Recruiter - Opportunity for Working Remotely

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Researcher to partner with our Executive Recruiters and hiring teams to identify world class talent. As a member of the Executive Recruiting Team, you will play a key role in architecting research "best practices" and long-term hiring processes.
The Problems You'll Solve
Develop and execute research strategies to curate and build a robust candidate pipeline of Product, Sales and Engineering leadership talent
Identify talent by using various sourcing techniques (i.e. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
Report pipeline and candidate activity to various stakeholders
Maintain a pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that could align with the candidate's interests and business needs
Partner with our Talent team and Hiring Partners to gain a deep, holistic understanding of our business and assigned roles
(maybe in the future) Be the face of VMware to our amazing candidates! Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships
Source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques
Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems
Have at least one year of experience in a recruiting-focused role
An appetite and natural curiosity to provide business insight and keep up with current market trends
Metrics driven- you utilize data to help drive your decisions
First principles thinking approach, you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solving
Able to build trust and establish genuine relationships by intentionally working to understand intrinsic motivators and end-state goals
Strong communication skills, you have high content to word ratio and prioritize coaching and delivering feedback both internally amongst the team and to our hiring partners
You have a growth mindset - you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and develop
Strong attention to detail and operational excellence - you're able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball
