The Recruiter is responsible for representing T-ROC to new candidates interested in Sales, Events, or Retail Overnight's recruitment. You will review incoming applications, introduce candidates to the organization's core values and mission through phone interviews, determine team fit and schedules for Hiring Manager Interviews, and use data to better understand the candidate market and present that data to leadership.

This person will source candidates at various locations throughout the USA and deploy their skills, and creativity to attract "best in class" talent using social media, sourcing, and cold calling strategies. We seek candidates with two years of experience that are conversant with applicant tracking systems and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
