TELECOM TECH SOURCING RECRUITER - (VIRTUAL / TEMPORARY - 3-6 month assignment)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with TELECOMMUNICATIONS (OPTICAL & IP ROUTING & SWITCHING)

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Understand Telecom/Networking business to effectively recruit qualified external candidates
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies
  • Develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process to recruit passive candidates
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive job seekers and prospects
  • Drive a positive candidate and manager experience through continuous engagement
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
  • Recommend sourcing ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of the company
  • Cultivate trust and collaborative relationships with key business partners, hiring managers, and recruiting partners


About You:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for passive candidate market
  • 5+ years of corporate and or search firm technical sourcing experience
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
  • In-Depth CRM exposure for the past 2-3 years (Phenom People preferred)
  • Advanced MS-Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient. Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Aptitude to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to find candidates.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
