The Recruiting Specialist will work on various clients across the United States. We are looking for go-getters that can combine an aggressive sales approach with a thorough understanding of the Internet, social media applications and technology. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, lively, fast-paced and ever changing atmosphere!

Qualifications:

Experience Requirement:

  • Two plus years Recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and Recruiting Best Practices
  • Retail sales, call center, customer service or outside sales experience desired
  • Event or promotions agency experience a plus
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Highly articulate, accurate and attentive to detail
  • Very Goal oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Working knowledge of email and Microsoft Office Suite


Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements (i.e. "plan-a-gram" software expertise, presentation skills):

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet definite deadlines
  • Must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sales-minded personality to effectively develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
  • Understand the required profile for the program you are supporting within Mosaic Sales Solutions
  • Promote Mosaic's image and brand to the candidate group
  • Complete references, pre-screens candidates over the phone and in the Taleo system
  • Support and facilitates group and behavioral interviews
  • Help to manages a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle
  • Deliver the required tasks in a reasonable time frame
  • Manages and reacts to urgent requirements
  • Research new sources for candidates
