The Senior Recruiting Consultant for StaffCare builds on their success & experience as a Recruiting Consultant to take a broader regional and divisional focus on the training, coaching and developing team members while growing production levels on the team to ultimately impact team growth and number of days filled.
Focus sales production efforts towards regional production goals by influencing HPs to fill days with regional clients, leveraging strong HP relationships and differentiating the region's benefits.
Demonstrate market expertise to HP candidates, interpreting local/national trends and thought leadership in terms of potential job search strategies in order to maintain commitment to long term relationship.
Leverage referrals by building vast HP network in order to convert more new business with less cold-calling.
Develop proactive staffing strategies with Sales department to align regional sales efforts towards high supply markets and geographies.
Update entire division on competitive/industry trends formally in meetings and informally including effective recruiting strategies in order to take a team approach towards increasing region/division KPIs.
Run individual & regional reports weekly for entire region to measure productivity and communicate performance to regional and divisional leaders and across team.
Core Recruiting Consultant Job Tasks
Conduct tape-training of new associates either 1:1 or in small group, identifying specific relevant learning opportunities in order to practice and implement effective consultative sales skills.
Mentor newer team members within region towards monthly and long term goals through observation and coaching while recognizing successes in order to motivate through performance challenges.
Model best demonstrated practices, 1:1 and team, to motivate, encourage and transfer knowledge & skills
Leads larger projects within department; May lead smaller regional/divisional projects
Participate as a subject matter expert to help identify or present viewpoints on current processes, and/or define needs for process improvement.
Education, Certifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED certificate required
