Kelly Services has partnered with a client company that is looking to fill a temporary Remote Associate Recruiter position. The target rate for the role is $22 an hour, and is expected to last four months from the start date.

Working with this client, you will be assigned to a privately held company that provides insurance for smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, appliances, satellite receivers and jewelry. In 2014, the company operated in 14 countries and had 49 offices with 17,000 employees serving 280 million consumers.

The Recruiter's main responsibilities are:
  • Position is for a high-volume recruiting to identify front-line agents, supervisors, coaches, and operations managers for call centers and/or Work @ Home agents.
  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
  • This will include active and passive candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet-based sourcing
  • Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
