ISYS Technologies is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter to work part-time. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment which includes identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for technical positions.
Job Duties of the Technical Recruiter:
Work with candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle, from discovery to submittal and close
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Interface with hiring managers (both internal and external) to learn more about their openings
Document all interactions with candidates and clients
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, and the applicant tracking system
Deliver exceptional service; remain engaged with all candidates to build a professional network that result in further business opportunities
Experience Requirements for the Technical Recruiter:
Three years of technical recruiting experience
Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in influencing decision makers
Ability and experience to articulate complex requisition requirements along with negotiation and closing skills
Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process
Experience in Federal recruiting
US Citizenship is required.
