Our client, an American management and information technology consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6 month temporary position with the opportunity for conversion to permanent employment. The position is REMOTE.

The hours for this position are as follows
Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $45.00-$55.00/Hour
Responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates for professional staff.
Assignments typically include development and implementation of staffing and recruitment efforts to source candidates directly and indirectly.
Duties include developing and placing advertisements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and implementing other recruiting programs.
May specialize in one or more areas such technical recruiting.
Applies advanced principles, theories, and recruiting concepts.
Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.
