Talent Acquisition - Diversity & Inclusion Candidate Manager

Business Summary

Client is looking for a D&I Candidate Manager to join our expanding Diversity & Inclusion Talent Acquisition Team. At Client, talent readiness is a top priority, so we are searching for someone who understands the importance of candidate experience and the challenges faced daily in hiring the top diverse talent within our industry.
In this role you will perform diversity sourcing functions as well as develop and execute against TA-focused diversity programs and projects. You will act as an advocate for change and work to develop process improvements in the diversity pipelining function. You'll have the opportunity to engage with TA leaders to drive a scalable strategy.
Job Role and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute diversity searches and develop long-lasting relationships with referrals, passive candidate, and candidates generated from conferences and events
• Serve as an advocate for diversely-sourced candidates and develop strategies for successfully navigating them through the candidate funnel
• Responsible for a high volume of compact, focused candidate screens and subsequent delivery of relevant candidate information for consumption by recruiters
• Create strong partnerships with recruiters and develop a clear understanding of the relevant organizational structure to understand where candidate competencies fit within the business
• Influence and execute against strategic D&I plans, tactics and projects
• Engage in diversity events sponsored by Talent Acquisition and our PODs (Power of Difference Communities)


Required Skills
• 2-4 years' experience in talent acquisition including: sourcing and/or recruiting
• Experience with Boolean searches and executing against diversity strategies
• Experience acting as a lead or mentor to others on your team
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced metrics driven environment
• Ability to engage with global team members and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
• Experience using Workday applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Project management and execution experience
• Experience in gathering and analyzing data from relevant screens to build a better understanding of what attributes will best serve the business
