The HR Talent Analyst is responsible for compiling, entering and analyzing talent-related data from a variety of sources. The position requires strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making, create solutions for people-related strategies, and manage through change and transition. Other responsibilities include managing succession and talent review data for North America; participating in user-acceptance testing; delivering reporting; participating in local and regional projects; representing North America on global talent development initiatives; and leading with a continuous improvement mindset.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the single source and point of contact for North American talent review and succession data
Accountable for data integrity, talent analytics and reporting
Functions as a project manager for Local and Global Talent Reviews, including planning, prioritizing and ensuring work is completed on time
Prepares data and presentations for talent review discussions
Acquires and enters data using MS Excel and HRIS applications
Tracks and reports talent and succession data to Talent Development and HR Business Partners
Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for process improvement
Participates in HR/Talent Development projects, as needed
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing and analyzing data
Bilingual English/Spanish - Intermediate to expert level fluency with reading, writing and speaking Spanish is required
HR experience is preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience working within HRIS applications; Oracle/PeopleSoft experience is a plus
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail skills
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and solve problems
Process mindset and continuous improvement approach to work
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team
Well-organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
