SUMMARY:

The HR Talent Analyst is responsible for compiling, entering and analyzing talent-related data from a variety of sources. The position requires strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making, create solutions for people-related strategies, and manage through change and transition. Other responsibilities include managing succession and talent review data for North America; participating in user-acceptance testing; delivering reporting; participating in local and regional projects; representing North America on global talent development initiatives; and leading with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves as the single source and point of contact for North American talent review and succession data
  • Accountable for data integrity, talent analytics and reporting
  • Functions as a project manager for Local and Global Talent Reviews, including planning, prioritizing and ensuring work is completed on time
  • Prepares data and presentations for talent review discussions
  • Acquires and enters data using MS Excel and HRIS applications
  • Tracks and reports talent and succession data to Talent Development and HR Business Partners
  • Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for process improvement
  • Participates in HR/Talent Development projects, as needed


Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing and analyzing data
  • Bilingual English/Spanish - Intermediate to expert level fluency with reading, writing and speaking Spanish is required
  • HR experience is preferred


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working within HRIS applications; Oracle/PeopleSoft experience is a plus
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and solve problems
  • Process mindset and continuous improvement approach to work
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage change and transition effectively
